M/S Expedition
The M/S Expedition provides an intimate small-ship cruising experience.
The M/S Expedition provides an intimate small-ship polar cruising experience. Completely refurbished in 2009, she boasts spacious cabins, each featuring ocean-facing windows or portholes, as well as private en-suite facilities. The M/S Expedition is a specialist expedition cruise ship with a great balance of practicality and luxury. With a max passenger capacity of 140, she is a small expedition vessel, but not as small as many of the other ships on our range of polar expedition vessels.
The M/S Expedition is designed to weather the tough sea ice and weather conditions on its Arctic cruises and Antarctic cruises, but it is also extremely luxurious. Onboard, you'll find a gym, sauna, computer room, bar (called the Polar Bear Pub), library, lounge, and so much more. While you'll spend much of your time outside, either on the sea on one of the ship's 14 zodiacs or on land, when you settle down for the evening, you will be in the lap of luxury! Please contact us if you have any questions about the M/S Expedition.
Large common areas and observation decks provide panoramic views of the distinctive landscapes of some of the world's most remote regions. The Expedition's spacious confines can hold as many as 140 passengers, but our commitment to keeping group sizes small means you'll never have to share it with more than 131 others. Many expedition cruise operators offer you a choice of space, comfort or expertise; the M/S Expedition delivers all three at a price few can top.
