Oops, something did not work with your payment!
Your card was declined and the payment was not processed. Something appears to have gone wrong at the payment gateway and no funds were taken. This may be for a number of reasons. Usually when a payment does not go through it is because there were insufficient funds, the card limit exceeded, or the card had expired, or there may be a block on overseas transactions.
In these cases, we suggest you contact your card provider and/or ask us for more information. For security and data privacy reasons, Expeditions Online does not handle actual card details, however on request we are able to see error codes and the card type used which may help identify the problem.
