Day 1 - ARRIVE BUENOS AIRES Arrive into Buenos Aires, ’la Reina del Plata’ . Here the lifestyle and architecture are more European than any other city in the Americas. The architecture of Buenos Aires has quite a French influence and the streets, tango bars and cafes give the city a very elegant and cosmopolitan atmosphere. On arrival, you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Day 2 - BUENOS AIRES This morning, enjoy a tour of the city, visiting the symbol of the city, the Obelisk, squares such as Plaza de Mayo, Plaza San Martin and Plaza Alvear; Avenida de Mayo, Corrientes and 9 de Julio among other avenues;La Boca and San Telmo, historic neighborhoods, the magnificent Palermo and Recoleta areas and modern neighborhoods like Puerto Madero; Lezama Park and Tres de Febrero (Palermo) and the commercial and financial areas of the city. Afternoon at leisure. This evening, you will be treated to dinner and a Tango show at one of Buenos Aires' famed Tango houses. B.D. Day 3 - BUENOS AIRES - USHUAIA Transfer to the airport for your flight to Ushuaia, Argentina’s southernmost city situated overlooking the Beagle Channel. On arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. Afternoon at leisure. B. Day 4 - USHUAIA – TIERRA DEL FUEGO NATIONAL PARK - EMBARK ANTARCTIC CRUISE Check out of your hotel this morning. This morning’s tour will take you around one of the most important protected areas in the country and the only one by the sea shore. Set off from the city center, heading south west, travelling through coastal landscapes and, after watching the glacier valleys. At Bahía Ensenada, the 'Concheros Antropogénicos' (rests of mollusks and ashes today covered with vegetation), which are an evidence of the native settlements in the area around 6500 years ago, can be appreciated. Later, head to Roca Lake where you may see the geography of 'Isla Grande de Tierra del Fuego' which has a sister city relationship with the Chilean Republic. Enjoy a ride on the ‘Train at the End of the World’. After walking along the park, take some free time to rest and recover your strength, tasting some chocolate or coffee in "Casita Del Bosque" by the Lapataia River. From there, head to the end of National Route Nº 3, in Lapataia Bay, then back to the city. Make your way to the port this afternoon to begin your Antarctic adventure! B.Booking Information

Final Payments
Balances are due 60 days prior to departure.
Cancellations
All requests for cancellation must be received in writing to Expeditions Online. Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to departure means the loss of deposit. For cancellations received between 60 and 30 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 50% of the cruise cost - within 30 days of departure all payments are forfeited. We strongly recommend that you obtain adequate trip cancellation insurance.
